Our lamb momo are a warm, savory crowd-pleaser. Flavored with rich, Nepal spices, filled with lamb, and accented with herbs and onion, they are surrounded by a turmeric-enriched dough. They’re equally tasty steamed or fried, and served as an appetizer, main dish or soup.
Each bag contains 20 momo and 2 sample packs of our signature Fire Roasted Tomato Sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
Filling: Ground lamb, onion, scallion, ginger, garlic, spices, salt, grapeseed oil.
Wrap: Bleached wheat flour, potato starch, water, grapeseed oil, salt, turmeric.
Contains wheat and soy.
Keep frozen until use.
